On tap at McNellie's OKC. Pours nearly black. It has a slight cream-colored head, creating a nice contrast unseen in many stouts. I'm not getting a lot of aroma, but there's some chocolate and warming spice present. Big taste, however. The chocolate, bourbon and coconut really reminds me of an English blend pipe tobacco. The mouth is creamy and thick, but not overly so. I've sampled this in the past and thought it so-so. I'm changing my mind. Perhaps the balance is better with this batch. Whatever, it's something you need to try.

Amazing beer! Coop really nailed the coconut in this one. Great mouthfeel, almost like velvet blanket draped over a kitten. Really excited for all of the TROIS series releases from now on...

Nice thick oily mouthfeel. Amazing coconutty bourbon Aroma. Great Coconut flavor, bourbon barrels are very present. One of my favorite stouts I've ever had. Excited to try more from coop.
