This is not a style I'm very familiar with but one that I have been eager to try for some time.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle with a cork (!), with the label stating that only 3000 bottles were produced to celebrate the venture of Coop Ale Works into Texas.

Very hazy but appropriately so.

Aroma and flavor are different. An odd bit of sourness, coupled with some grain and a tiny bit of peaches, but also fairly dry.

I liked it but not at all in the direction of most fruit-laded beers.

I know this is one-off, but I hope Coop makes this one again some time.
