Had Id No. 5 poured from 12-oz. can, bottom stamped (apparently) canned on “11/27/18,” into Teku glass.
Nice hazy gold and sticky white head, with a complex fruity aroma, but a tad thin. Ultimately, like a lot of these I’ve tried, drinks like a hoppy pilsner but with a drying rather than sweet or bitter finish.

Appearance:
Pours to creamy white head that falls to 3mm permanent layer. Very hazy pale yellow.
Aroma:
Juicy, citrusy hops and clean pale grains.
Flavor:
Clean and crisp, dry and fruity. Much like if Sapporo or Asahi started getting serious about late addition hops. Not much bitterness. Very much a fruity hop and dry lager affair.
Mouthfeel:
Light and sort of creamy-smooth. No burn. Moderate CO2
Overall:
Aside from English IPA's this style is my favorite type of IPA now. Good on Coop for bringing the style to life in Oklahoma.
