12 fl oz pull-tab can (canned 05/10/21):
IBU 7. ABV 4.1%. SRM 3. "Berliner style weisse ale with peaches." A 6x12fl oz pack ran me $9.49 USD plus tax.
Sourness is mild and has a clinical cleanliness to it...I'd bet on lactobacillus culture dropped in a stainless steel tank (there's no oak, microflora, non-lacto bacterial flavour, or anything else that would indicate more liveliness). Wheat and 2-row predictably comprise the malt backbone.
The peach isn't really noticeable, which is the one big drawback to this ostensibly peachy brew. Maybe some faint apricot puree? In any case, it doesn't nail the fruited component as intended.
Acidic, a bit tart, not unrefreshing.
A drinkable and enjoyable sour wheat ale for a hot Summer day, but not a top tier Berliner Weisse in my book.

Pours a hazed gold with 4 fingers of cream colored head ( guess needed a gentler pour ). Zero head retention & lacing
S: General tartness, some peaches once warm, plus orange blossom
T: Follows the nose, lemons, salt, dryness & little bit of peach up front. A lot of sweet tart action as this warms, mostly lemon with a little acidity. Finishes with lemon sweet tart & a little dryness & salt
MF: Fairly firm carbonation, light body
Pretty run of the mill for the style, easy to drink, easier to forget

12oz can. Poured out a slightly cloudy, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left very little lacing on the glass. It smelled of peach, lemon, wheat and yeastiness. Sweet fresh peach taste with some tartness and wheat-like notes.
