Pours an effervescent gold with a pinky of fast-falling eggshell colored head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: A little bready, some grassyness
T: Follows the nose, hint of lime & crackery dryness up front. More lime, grassyness & malty sweetness as this beer warms up. Finishes a little grainy, grassy with a little bready sweetness & limes
MF: Medium body, moderate carbonation, good balance
I don't ask much of a golden/blonde ale & this doesn't deliver much more than that. Drinkable, but let's see the Coop Boomer Sooner DIPA next! They will sell a lot just because of the can art, no brainer

Appearance:
Light gold-straw color. Thin head that recedes and laces minimally. Nearly clear.
Aroma:
Clean, light, crisp pilsner malt, some "ricey" American light lager notes (not necessarily strong or negative), very low hops.
Flavor:
Clean, light, dry, crisp pilsner malt possibly diluted by a bit of rice or other adjunct. Very low hop bitterness and flavor. No apparent flaws. The flavors play well together.
Mouthfeel:
Light and easy, CO2 is nominal, drinks like a light beer.
Overall:
At 4.7% ABV, this is a lighter version of COOP's usual blonde ale. Lower in hoppiness and bitterness, less malty and very easy to quaff. Has some aspects of the newer generation of rice-containing light craft lagers. The rice-like aspect (don't know the grain bill here, just reporting my impressions) creates a "palate bridge" for American light beer drinkers. This beer is definitely made for tailgating and game time. A no-brainer beer for sure.
