Straight from the vision of our packaging manager, Shelby Jones, the recipe for this lager has been meticulously refined over long brew days and extended cold-aging periods. When the staff kept drinking all the pilot-batches before it even got much of a chance in the taproom, we knew it was only a matter of time before it made it's way to the big system. A 15 year celebration seemed like a very appropriate occassion for it's call up to the big leagues.
