CAN:
Grapefruit forward without tasting artificial.
Soft and coating. Medium-bodied. Well carbonated.
A solid response from COOP Ale Works to Ballast Point's Grapefruit Sculpin, and a worthy brew for grapefruit IPA lovers if not a standout entry in the oversaturated style.

This beer has a stronger Grapefruit smell than most grapefruit IPAs, however this is overpowered immediately by the potent flavor. The flavor is far more bitter than other grapefruit IPAs. It relies heavily on the grapefruit to provide this bitterness. As much as I love other grapefruit IPAs, this is one I would personally stay away from. It should be noted I do enjoy grapefruit and have been known, at times, to eat a raw grapefruit, this particular beer is relying too much on the grapefruit and less on the beer. While other beers find a good balance in flavor, this one does not.
