Copenhagen 10/11 2018. 33 cl bottle from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). Hippy smoking water-pipe filled with beer on the label.
Pours hazy pale yellow with a lot of small sediments floating around. Medium-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is sweet, fruity and citric. Sweet exotic fruits. A bit stale. Stronger odor of Grape fruit and lemon.
Medium strong carbonation. Watery, thin, prickly and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Middle of the road and pretty gentle APA. Considerable sweet but not without a bitter bite.
