Copenhagen 13/6 2020. 33 cl bottle from Vild med Vin web-shop. A somewhat politically incorrect label with a version of Adolf Hitler drawn Hergé style marching with a raised hand. Small guys in lederhosen with mugs of beer in the background.
Pours unclear, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover much of anything. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet lemonade-ish odor of wheat, citrus and sugar. sweet oranges, white sugar.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, oily, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate sourness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a bit. Finish is flat and sweetish.
A bit generic wheat beer more influenced by the Germans than the Belgians.

The colour is dark gold; the liquid is a little cloudy. The three finger head is firm and warm white.
The smell is soft with yeasty and spicy flavours. Some sourish hints with a strong bitterness for the style. Some fruit marshmallows flavours and phenolic soapy flavours.
The taste is fresh with an interesting blend of wheat sourness and hop bitterness. It is quite bitter for being a wheat beer. Some spicy coriander notes. The body is light. The aftertaste is light and quite short with some banana candy and sourness. I noted some dry minerals in the finish.
The carbonation is strong; the medium sized bubbles are fresh. The liquid is light with some stickiness.
I always get suspicious when I pour a wit that isn't really cloudy. This one justified my suspicion: It is a bit too light with not enough spices for a wit and not enough esters and phenols for a weissbier.

A: Pour is a bit hazy copper with a large uneven, quickly sinking white head. Only little lace.
S: Ripe sweet bananas, coriander and citric notes; orange sezt. Some yeasty notes.
T: Again ripe bananas and coriander. Taste is very like the smell, only less sweet.
M: Aftertaste lingers for some time and holds bitterness. Body is thin and carbonation medium.
D: Overall a standard Witbier, nothing that really stands out.

The beer is clouded amber with orange nuances, a smell off-white head that leaves little lacing. Curtains!
Spicy aromatic fragrances from this beer, sweet oranges, mandarins, coriander, cumin, clove.
Some initial orange jam sweetness, ripe lemons, spices as above and a bitter orange seed and peel twist at the end.
Medium carbonation, small lively bubbles, a refreshing feelin with a dry aftermath.
A nice wit, possibly a bit too sharp bitterness.
