The beer is clouded amber, an off-white frothy head, leaves some lacing.
The smell is very spicy, cumin, fennel, dill but also hay, grass. Actually smell like the Swedish variant of boiled crayfish with dill.
The taste starts with bread and toffee, then it's all these rather uncommon spice associations, and the crayfish.
Medium carbonation, soft and smooth texture, a good body and a dry finish(!).
The beer is a collaboration between Beer Here and Raasted. And really a good experiment. Plenty of Sorachi Ace.
