Copenhagen 17/12 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh. Ø. Red label with simple Drawing of Girl doing her Witchcraft.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is of Wheat malts, lightly citric and spicy. Pretty straight forward for a Wit with lemonade-ish odor with hints of black pepper. Light touch of citrus.
Medium carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor medium sweet followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a lighter sourish tang. Semi-dry finish.
Decent but a bit underwhelming wit. Does exactly what it is supposed to. No more No less.
