Pours unclear amber with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering thecsurface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, sweetly fruity with citric notes for balance. Peach, pineapple and mango. Hints of fruity decay. Grape fruit and lime.
Strong carbonation. Thin, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Fine IPA keeping to the middle of the road. But nicely balanced and with a solid bitter bite.
