I had Bohemian’s Sommer Landbier On tap at the bayou in Salt Lake City.
As with most tap beers here, it is served in a standard pint glass. The beer is bright gold with an off white head.
Nose of grains and something sweet.
The taste is a bit of an odd mix. There is something slightly sour and grainy and there is a hint of veggies which makes me wonder if this beer is past its prime.
The mouth is on the thin side with medium carbonation.
