Pours a golden amber color, nice carbonation, small creamy tan head, nice sticy lacing that hangs around for the duration. Scents of sweet malts, slight hops, and slight yeast. The taste is sweet and malty, with a slight hop dry finish. Medium body. Drinkable, a nice little brew, not quite a Belgian, but for UT standards it will do.
