Time to kick down this first review on this Next Glass owned website. After dominating the beer world on the internets, a welcome addition. Savior.
Anyhoo, specially made for beer bar downtown SLC, I would dip into here every day during my conference down the street. Liquid lunch baby. Pours a brilliantly clear golden yellow with that 3/4" white head. Very nice. Nice hits of lager yeast behind a slightly sturdier barley body than a lot of the pilsners I had been drinking. Seems like mild noble hopping.
The taste has a light sweetness to the grain that makes it seem less heavy, but also maintains a drier mouthfeel, hitting on both sides of the coin. In some ways its like half pilsner half helles. I wonder if these set of beers got inflated by how good a beer hits during a lame ass conference about how everything normal is problematic. Was fun to crush 3 beers and go back and not GAF for the rest of the afternoon. And then still dust the teachers when it came to the evidence code. Anyhow, I liked it, and I give it the big, Pow Wow.
