A - Pours the classic dark copper colour with a large White head that retains and laces
S - Grapefruit, mandarin ans spice
T - Much like the aroma
M - Light to medium body and carbonation
O - Can't help but think that this is not a BIPA, but a good beer in its own right. If you want a BIPA then go with Houblon Chouffe
