Pours a clear, straw color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Great retention and great lacing. Smells of pale malt, yeast, slight wood, and a hint of smoke. Fits the style of a Dortmunder / Export Lager. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of pale malt, hint of smoke, hint of sweet malt, slight yeast, and a hint of hop. Overall, good appearance, decent aroma and body.
