Its clear copper body resides beneath a short but creamy cap of ivory foam that dissipates readily and leaves very little lace about the glass. Bright Centennial and Cascade hops appear in the nose with the piney notes dominating over the citrus. The body is medium and its fine-bubbled, median carbonation leaves it crisp in the mouth. A bold bitterness balances its distinctly caramelish malt and fresh hops; and it finishes mostly dry but with some residual caramel malt and a touch of piney hops lingering in the aftertaste. A good choice that pairs well with their Louisiana Chicken Sandwich!
