Mad Mex's Dos Décadas IPA - Wet Hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic Hops
*double dry hopped with a bag of Mosaic hops on cask at Mad Mex.

LOOK: Pours a mostly clear copper/orange. Little head but a redeeming bubbly presence shows up on the pint after each sip.

SMELL: Herbal, jasmine, green tea and caramel notes. Dank citrus, tree fruit and overall kind of sweet fruity, herbal aroma.

TASTE: In the taste, much like the nose, herbal, fruity hops and a sweet, caramel sugar malt backing. Big notes of mango and papaya. Tea like leafy bitterness, and strongly hop flavored. Has a sweet malt balance.

FEEL: Medium bodied but lighter, smoother and a low carbonation. Aftertaste of hoppy citrus.

OVERALL: Fantastic wet hopped ale. If you like wet hops, and like pale ales, this would be your Mecca.
