From the menu at Fat Heads Pittsburgh:
"Whole Flower Amarillo hops drive this American Pale Ale's tropical flavors of peach and tangerine with a splash of candied and bready malts. Slug one back!"
Pours a deep golden copper color with good clarity and a white soapy head that retains and laces the glass well. Aroma is bright and hoppy, pine and herb as well as somewhat tropical. In the taste, clementine, pine, wood, tangerine, almost finishes like a bitter fruit smoothie. Light to medium bodied, but smooth and certainly not thin. Hop flavor sticks with you in the finish, with orange rind and resin coming to mind. Overall, this is a pretty good pale ale, per the style arguably one of the brightest and best.
