Pours a light clear golden color with white head that leaves a webbed lace. The aroma is piney, dank and pungent from the hopping and dry hopping of Centennial and Mosaic hops.
In the taste, bitter and hoppy upfront, giving way to the bready base of a clean lager. Fairly bitter and just a hint of grapefruit and tropical pokes through. Bready, but hoppy, like an IPL should be.
Overall, Fat Heads is doing it right here. A very solid example of a craft Helles lager aka IPL.
