Malty, low carbonation beer with a mellow cinnamon smell and taste. There's an underlying sweetness to it that adds to the cereal taste theyre trying to capture, but it isnt too strong (I found it to be just about right). It's pale, light for the style and sort of an interesting take on a Dopplebock and a good beer to transition from one style to another with.

Pours a hazy, copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of cinnamon, pale malt, sweet malt, and a hint of hops. Fits the style of a Doppelbock. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. Tastes of strong cinnamon, pale malt, sweet malt, hint of cream, and a hint of tea. Overall, good appearance, feel, and body.

Unfortunately this was one of the worst beers I have had from Fat Head's. Had it on tap at the North Olmstead location.
When poured the aroma was sweet, but I did not get any cinnamon or bread/toast/cracker, which I would expect for this beer. A little bit of harsh alcohol in there as well. Head diminished relatively quickly. Overall, the beer appearance was fine for the most part, it had a nice color in the glass (copper/brown).
Taste was just, bad. Nothing really stood out except for the rubbing alcohol profile that stuck around after drinking it. I would have expected more sweetness and a dominant cinnamon characteristic, but that was nowhere to be found. Medium to low sweetness, no spices. Mouthfeel was ok, no complaints.
Overall, given the caliber of beer FH typically can put out, this was very disappointing. I will revisit in the future if/when it comes back available.
