Wine Barrel Pimp My Sleigh December 17, 2015 in a taster.
Look - Lighter, murky brown. Head settles to a light, white ring. Lacing is there but prefer to see it in a bigger volume.
Smell - Sour. Fruit. Chocolate. Ginger. Surprising.
Taste - Sour but not a sour. Lighter on Christmas heavier on sour. Brown sugar, sour apple, ginger.
Feel - Is this a heavy beer? Light. No burn. Dries up.
Overall - Complex and unexpected. Great stuff.
