This beer is phenomenal. It was on tap at The Industry bar in Philadelphia during Craft Brewers' Conference and I had it a couple of times. Looks good, so dark and thick with nice head and lacing, and smells even better; bacon, smoke, Kentucky, grilling season, wood barrel and deliciousness.
The taste follows the nose, with a more pronounced sweetness/dessert-like feel. Good mouthfeel with excellent carbonation and overall awesome drinkability despite the high ABV. A total winner!
