First off I'm going to start by saying this was one of the best beers I've ever had, hands down. It's a shame this was a once in a lifetime brew but God am I glad i got to have it! Pour was Jet black with a slight white head that quickly went away. Smell was of Coffee and Vanilla with slight hint of Jameson Whiskey. Taste was Strong earthy coffee, High ABV and Jameson with notes of vanilla and malt. Mouth feel was plentylful and sweet with a creamy texture. What an Amazing beer!

Had this on tap at Melt Bar and Grilled in northeast ohio. Poured black with a nice finger of head that receded slowly. The aroma and flavor both contained welcome notes of coffee, vanilla, and some irish-whisky booziness that I found to be refreshingly different from the myriad of bourbon-barrel aged beers out there.

12 oz draft in a snifter. Black/dark brown with no head. Smells of black dark roast coffee and vanilla ice cream. Taste is similar but more sumarta coffee dominated. Very little barrel but was only aged for 3 months (Jameson barrel). On the thinner side for stouts and pretty drinkable for 9.4%. Great beer!!

At tap room in Middleburg Heights. Aged in Jameson Whiskey barrels. Pours Jet black. Nose has a hint of bourbon. This is one of the smoothest BA stouts I have ever had. Has a great Barrel flavor, and finished smoother that most BA beers I have ever had. Lacing on the glass was great. Overall a great offering. Too bad it was only made once.
