Smells and tastes like salt, corriander, grains, and sour lemon and vinegar.
It is fairly well balanced overall, with a lot of wheat flavor, but it does lean a little to the sour side. Especially at the end. Seems like a pretty traditional version, and a pretty good one

4 Oz pour on tap
A: Light white color with a touch of haze with decent carbonation, looks like chardonnay almost.
S: Light coriander, wheat, salty
T: You can really taste the wheat and the saltiness and then the coriander comes in and its a touch sour on the back end.
M: A little denser and not as lip smacking refreshing as some Gose beers are. The tartness may lend to the heavier mouthfeel.
O: This is a solid Gose its got nice bits of saltiness sourness and wheat flavors. Its light enough to drink all day as well.
