Had this on 2017-09-16 in Pittsburgh, PA at their pub.
A - Mostly clear gold-orange with a 1.5 finger white head and great lace.
S - Fresh hop bud aroma, citrus, spice, bread crust and light pine. Inviting.
T - Delicious. Pineapple, pine, moderately dank without any onion/garlic flavor. Mild graham cracker malt adds a light touch of sweetness but quite a bit less than Headhunter. Earthy and herbal spice with some pepper. There's moderate bitterness that is in perfect balance with the rest of the flavors and doesn't linger long in the finish.
M - Medium body and carbonation. Resinous and creamy. Not prickly. Dries nicely in preparation for the next sip.
O - Just about a perfect IPA. Wow. I wonder if it'll be entered at GABF this year? It's a gold medal, best in show beer to me.
