I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at Collins Pub in Seattle.
Appearance: rich, dark brown with plenty of redness as well. Head is a thin layer of pillowy tan foam; a good lookin' beer!
Smell: very bready with a a little bit of sweetness and caramel character. Not bad.
Taste: nutty, bready, biscuity and caramelly. Kind of somewhere between a red ale and a brown; well-executed if not to my palate.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent level of carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: it's a bit too much like a biscuity red for me, but otherwise a well-made beer.
