Chinook-heavy Strong Ale with pine, citrus and earth notes. The hops smack your mouth at first with an assertive bitterness followed by groovy blend of medium roast malts and hop flavor finishing with a nice resiny, dry finish that may give you a head rush but will lure you back for another sip.

On tap at the North Olmsted location.
Reddish brown pour-no head.
Tons of bitter hops wafting out of the glass. Malt is there but way in the background.
Very bitter throughout. Dry finish. This is all hops-one very bitter bitch. Surprised it’s not labeled as an IPA.
Medium mouthfeel. Carbonation is pleasant.
Wow-like I mentioned above, bitter through and through. I enjoyed it but if you don’t like bitter hops then you won’t like this one.
