I tried this at the brewery and it was great. It poured a clear copper with thin white head that did not leave any lace. The scent had faint citrus peel notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with citrus peel presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.

Big bright grapefruit hop aroma. Pours a clear golden with a huge white head. Just enough malt to support the hops, this is a big sugar wrapped piece of grapefruit. Long lingering bitter finish, with a full mouthfeel. A fantastic AIPA.

32 oz crowler poured into a nonic pint glass poured on 11/9.

A:,Not much of a Head fizzy white and gone in a flash. The body is a crystal clear light amber gold.

S: Fruity but very green lots of vine like qualities

T: wow this one jumps out at you very aggressive it hits you with huge bitter grapefruit pineapple very drinkable though so smooth has that green taste on the finish.

M: Medium bodied great carbonation very smooth.

O: This is like Hopstalker on crack it’s delightful it’s raw resinous and fruity.

On tap at the brewery

It’s a watch tv through clear. It is amber to copper in color. Large frothy dirty white head.

Smells pungent. Some BO to cat piss. Pretty dank. Some passion fruit, grapefruit like citrus, and a touch of alcohol.

Flavor follows suit. Dank/piney green hops. Bursting with citrus and tropical fruit. The sweet malts and passion fruit are balanced with bitterness and zesty, earthy grapefruit amd melon.

Oily and sticky with just the right amount of body. Lingering dryness.

Outstanding beer. I prefer it over Hop Stalker. Good enough I took 4 crowlers home.

Went to the tap house to grab some lunch and have a Hop Stalker. I noticed Hops Stryker Wet Hop and had to pull the trigger. 16 oz glass for $6.25

Brewed with Citra, Mosiac and Simcoe that was shipped overnight from Yakima Valley.

Deep clear yellow color with virtually no head. A fine film of bubbles sits on top as you work through the glass. Lots of tiny bubbles streaming from the bottom of the glass.

WOW-a HUGE punch of hop resin on the nose. My wife caught a wiff as it sat between us and wanted to die (she does not like hoppy beers). Tons of citrus zest, passion fruit, pine and a touch of cat piss. Very raw, dank as hell and I love it.

Taste follows the nose. An absolute onslaught on the tastebuds. Waves of intense hop goodness. Very little malt to detract from what the brewer wants to showcase. Hop oil coats the mouth heavily and hangs on for dear life. Amazing stuff.

What an intense, awesome experience. Once in a while you run into a "Holy Shit" beer and this is certainly that. No growlers so go get yourself a glass while you can. I imagine this won't be around long.
