Thanks to Mike for the trade. Shared with JLindros.

A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice crystal clear honey hue with a thick two finger head that fades to leave sticky lacing and light wisps.

S - Enormous Simcoe bomb. Super dank weed, lupulin powder, pine sap. Just a little bit of malt sweetness to balance.

T - Taste is similar to the nose with pleasant slightly sweet malt up front to start before giving way to nice slightly bitter earthy Simcoe. Lingering almost candied orange peel. Excellent dank hops with flashes off pine throughout. Incredibly balanced.

M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean.

O - Overall this was a really really good ipa. The Simcoe was just excellent and as aggressive as that nose was the taste was super balanced. I haven't had a Fat Head's hoppy beer in years...I forgot how well executed they tend to be!

Crowler thanks to rudzud
Pours a big foamy fluffy head with great retention, decent lacing, crystal clear medium gold tan color

Nose super pungent Simcoe, dank musty floral earthy dank weed, huge pine and hop oil or lupulin powder, pine sap, faint citrus, light grainy cracker malt,

Taste is nice too, nice sweet malt golden malt with little grainy and sweet blond character, good balance with medium hop bitterness, some Simcoe but not overwhelming, pine sap notes, little dank but not much, light citrus and fruity notes, big grassy earthy, drier finish lingering bitterness and orange rind

Mouth is medium bodied, nice medium high fluffy carbonation

Overall this was quite nice, great Simcoe hop punch aroma, taste had a very nice malt profile and balance with nice lingering bitterness
