Poured from tap at the brewery, the body is a light brown and small initial head. Scant lacing.
Nose is slight, a very light malt.
Taste is sour cherry, raisin and light caramel. Dry finish with a bit of the ABV at the very end.
Mouthfeel is okay with good carbonation.
A dry, crisp doppelbock on tap only.
