Fat Head's Brewery & Saloon

From the Fat folk in North Olmsted Ohio in a snifter. This excellent
dopple pours a ruby tinged brown color with a nice head of off white foam
that subsides to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some light lacing.
Nose of dark rye breaded malts, brown sugars, and light herbal notes
amongst tinges of leather and subtle dark fruit. Flavors NAIL IT for the
style, dark bread and subtle rye bread crusts mingle with brown sugar
notes with light herbal hops as balance with a hint of chocolate and
tinge of coffee. Excellent mouth feel; medium body, medium light
carbonation, and a sweet wet finish.

Overall, excellence from an excellent brewery in Ohio.
