Draft at the Cleveland brewery
Big fizzy 1+ finger head with moderate retention, light lacing, brilliantly clear golden tan to pale color
Nose grainy malt, little cereal, between pilsner and lager malt, light herbal floral hop, bit grainy sweet
Taste brings nice cereal grainy sweet pilsner malt, a bit of soft complex layered decoction mash, hint of corn, med herbal floral hop with med bitterness then increasing to a med high on crisp dry finish, hops getting spicy
Mouth is med bod, soft lager, med to slightly higher carb that's just right
Overall this was very well done for an American made Helles. A bit high on the hops overall but otherwise great
