This is a must drink beer if you ever get the chance. I got a tallboy glass staright out of the tap. Pours with a finger width of head. Cloudy with great aroma. Hint of banana and tempting your taste buds. What a great beer. If you like Weizenbock or Great Lakes Glockenspeil then this is a msut have. The best beer of the night.

Review from notes taken earlier tonight at the brewery in North Olmsted, Ohio. Poured into a clean, clear pint glass. Notes from the brewery: Ruddy orange in color, this unfiltered wheat beer enjoys a spicy aroma that hints at raisin, clove, banana, and bubblegum. Full bodied yet very easy drinking with a toasted caramel malt finish.
A Great medium brown opaque body under a moderate brown head that is creamy with little lacing. Look is very much like the ultimate Weizenbock, the Aventinus.
S Banana, clove, bubblegum, GREAT smell that reminds me distinctly of Aventinus. Inviting, interesting, sweet. Cannot be improved. 5.0
T Great Banana, clove, bubblegum flavors in a taste spectrum that I very much like. It does not have the excellent spice profile or depth of tastes of the Aventinus but it is a very serviceable alternative to that beer. 4.0
M Moderate feel with a thickness, carbonation. 4.0
D Great. I finished the Weizen glass without any hesitation.
Notes: A beer that emulates Aventinus and does an excellent job at that.
