Yellow hued body, mild cloudiness; thick carbonation; thick and long-lasting head, white; fairly dense and sticky with a rolling, sculpted appearance. Very attractive scent; delicate malt base with pome fruit esters; notes of cracker and biscuit. Not much malt-forward flavors; more citrus zestiness; a bit of bread dough near the finish along with a peppery spiciness. Medium body; overall gentle raspy feel to it; crisp.
Being declared a Bavarian-style festbier, I would have expected a deeper malt presence. This particular beer emphasizes herbal and spicy hop notes and the mouthfeel just isn't quite as smooth as I would expect from a lager. It's a good beer, but wouldn't be my first choice for a festbier.

The pour is golden color with a medium level of carbonation. The taste is grains, baked biscuit, along with a touch of honey & hops. Cheers! B

This brew struck me as something safe to buy at a retailer that ordinarily isn't at the top of my list. Check
It pours light golden with nice consistent white fizz. the aroma has a real German feel to it - finishing hops. The taste is delicate and gets lost under just about any flavor. It is a very clean brew you could easily drink way more than you should and get way bloated!
Recommended. Just remember, you are drinking a style meant to be light and drinkable.

Served in a dimple mug
This beer pours a golden hue with a slight haze. It is topped with an inch of off-white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Bready aroma with some light citrus
Light citrus with a bready backbone
Light bodied with an effervescent mouthfeel
Different from all the other seasonals for this time of year. Fat Head's knows how to stand out from the rest.

Pours a clear straw color with a sudsy, fluffy white head that leaves a nice cap on the beer as you enjoy it. The nose is very malt forward, with substantial cracker aromas accompanied by some noble hop notes.
The noble hops are a bit more prominent on the taste and they work well, but the crackery malt flavor is the star of this beer, making for a very smooth, highly drinkable beer that has a nice, crisp mouthfeel.

Nothing offensive or outstanding about this beer. Pretty easy drinking and nice finish. Lightly carbonated and malt forward aroma. Good sipping fall beer when the weather is still warm.

Ver nice fluffy head with great retention.
Moderate malt and sweetness.
I get a bit of a soapy finish with this one.

Poured into a tall pint glass. Appearance is a blonde color with a foamy head more than a finger thick. Good retention and lacing.
Aroma: cracker and cereal malts, sourdough, yeast, faint hops. Floral scent too
Tastes hoppy and crisp, matches the floral aroma. Pretty spicy and overall tastes bready and nutty, other notes of wheat and caramel. Body is medium-light.

This one pours a light golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like crackery malt, spicy hops, and some breadiness.
This has everything in its right place and right proportions. It’s well balanced, with a touch of pleasant sweetness, some spicy and firm hop character, and a lot of breadiness.
This is light bodied, crisp, and clean, with a really nice drinkability.
I like this much more than the other one like this they’ve done in the past – G’Suffa.
