Juicy tropical notes of guava, passionfruit, pineapple, and melon are blended with bright citrus notes of lime, and grapefruit. The Fresh Frozen hops create a pretty spectacular hop flavor and aroma in this year-round fresh AF IPA.

Poured from a can bought in OH. Dark straw color with a hint of haze and weak, white head/lacing. Delicious, fresh hop aromas of mandarin orange, grapefruit and general citrussy goodness. Flavors match the aromas, with just a hint of bready malt. Crisp, mostly dry finish with a bit of malt sweetness lingering, yet still very refreshing. Huge hops burn and some minor alcohol presence. A delicious IPA, but what else would you expect from Fat Head's?

Pours a bright & effervescent gold with one finger of beige head. Good head retention & decent lacing
S: Citrus & tropical fruit
T: Tangerine, a little lime & grassyness, plus dryness, plus some green melon sneaks in up front. Tangerine, green melon & dryness as this beer warms up. Finishes dry, a little pine with pomelo & lime
MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation, pretty good balance
Good drinkability, but nothing special about this beer, but no regrets

I think “dank” does work as an adjective here. Lots of hop fragrance and definite hop flavor, but not what I’d say is “juicy”. Pours with a foamy head that does diminish fairly quickly leaving some residual. Color is fairly dark for an IPA, mildly hazy. I like the dank bitterness and find this drinkable.
