Poured from tap at Fat Heads beer hall yielded a clear golden kolsch at 4.9% and with 23 IBUs. Light hop and malt notes on the nose. Body a tad sweeter with malt. Light hop bitterness - just enough to balance the malt and keep the taste from being sweet. Great mouthfeel solid carbonation. Very easy drinking and a nice crisp finish. Small initial head with minor lacing during my pints.
