On tap in Cleveland. 5.6% ABV and 15 ibu's according to the draft notes provided by the brewery. Brewery notes call this a "weissbier".
A: Pours a cloudy/hazy yellow color with a small white foam head that dissipates into a small film. There is lots of lacing down the side of the glass.
S: Big amounts of banana, clove, corriander, burnt toast and bubble gum.
T: Lots of banana and spice hit the palate first followed by the sweet bubble gum taste in the middle. Finishes nicely balanced, not one flavor overpowering. Nice and clean.
M: A nice medium body leaves a crisp refreshing taste on the palate.
D: This is easy to drink. We were sitting on the patio at Fat Heads Cleveland enjoying this in the 90 degree heat. This is perfect for those hot days.
