Unpolished 8 ball black with a wavy tan head leaving spots of lace on the glass.
Packed full of flavor via an absurdly full yet lightly fluffy body that finishes impressively dry, on exhibit are charred fall leaves, tobacco, almond, and a touch of cherry skin.
A bit bolder and more woodily bitter than some of my favorites, but pretty tasty all the same.

Appearance: Arrives onyx colored with a one finger ecru head; webby lacing
Smell: Toasted bread with a hint of chocolate
Taste: Toasted bread, almost woodsy, with a dusting of chocolate powder; crisp, clean finish with a bit of lager twang in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Nice to get a Czech lager for a change; well crafted
