On tap @ Fat Heads. Served in a half-liter open pint glass.

Described as "A true Belgian style blonde ale, light copper in color with spicy herbal undertones. This beer will dance with
your senses and get your blood pumping. 6.4%, 25 IBU."

The beer is a clear, golden color with some touches of straw and even clear water colors around the edges. A white cap doesn't provide that typical Belgian look, but still has a decent appearance. The problem is that the color is light, it's clear and the head is lacking. So, this has to be average at best.

The smell is nice and pleasant. Some light hints of yeasty esters give some banana and clove impressions, with some orange and coriander too. There's a Belgian pale malt base and a touch of wheat.

The taste is defined by a nice Belgian pale malt base, with a touch of tangy wheat and a decent yeasty profile on top of it all. Sweet malt is just a touch grainy, then some light esters give some herbs, spices and maybe a touch of orange or lemon zest.

Mouthfeel is light bodied with decent carbonation levels. The beer is very dry at the end and has a touch of tartness that lingers. This was good, but feel a touch short of what I expect from a Belgian beer. A bit more yeasty flavor would make this a winner.
