Chill hazed then clear amber-gold with a puffy but short off-white head.
Mild toasted corn and straw meet a hint of grassy herbal hops that perhaps lean into some white wine or grape and maybe sesame before instantly vanishing in the dry finish.
Certainly crisp, but perhaps too clean, the NZ elements are very subtle. On the one hand, this is the kind of thing I typically look for and commend in a pils, but I also see that description and maybe want slapped in the face by stanky hops a little more.
