Heavy whirlpool and dry hop additions of Strata and Krush with copious amounts of whole leaf Citra, Mosaic, and Sultana give this IPA huge citrus zest, orange, mixed berry, tropical juicy flavors and aromas with a soft grapefruit bitterness.

12oz can as part of the IPA mixed 12 pack. Canned on 2/20/26.
Brewed with Pale 2-row, C30, C15, Dextrapils. Hopped with Strata, Krush, Citra, Mosaic, Sultana.
6.5% ABV, 65 IBU, OG=14.7,FG=2.6
Pours out to a dark golden/light copper, forming a modest light yellow head with average retention and adequate lacing. Carbonation is moderate, ~2.75 carbs or so. The nose is wonderfully dank....resinous, some mango and pineapple, an interesting berry note I can't put my finger on, a faint suggestion of wintergreen? But mostly straight up dank, which I like. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, finishing dry. The taste is really nice....Ample malts playing second fiddle to tons of resinous hops with a nicely balanced herbaceous and very pleasant medium bitterness. No oxidation/fusels/dms/diacetyl.
A really nice dank IPA. I really dig it. If it were available in a 6'er I would pick it up. Between this, their hazy, and fat head WCIPA, these guys really have all the IPA bases covered. Excellent brewers. Highly recommended!

12/17/25. Poured into a Samuel Adams Perfect Pint.
A: slightly hazy gold with 1-2 finger frothy white head with average retention and thick bands of lacing.
S: Aroma is both very fruity with tons of pineapple and guava along with tangerine and lighter grapefruit but also very dank with marijuana, honeysuckle, and lemongrass.
T: The flavor is exceptional with similar blasts of pineapple, orange, tangerine, guava, melon, and grapefruit with delicious countering dank notes of marijuana and honeysuckle. Moderately bitter with a sweet honey note in the aftertaste.
M: Light-medium body with even carbonation and dry finish.
O: Conezilla is an underappreciated member of the Fat Head’s IPA family. Find it!

12oz can. Date stamp on bottom lip is smudged, but looks to be a day in June of 2025.
Clear, deep gold colored body. Thin off-white head. Leaves behind some lacing spots.
Aroma is exuberant when released from the can. Orange, a little woody and dank, lemon, berry, and a little apricot.
Taste leads with the woody and dank flavors, but this is relieved by sweet fruit and berry. Other flavors of orange, citrus pith, pineapple, and pine. Aftertaste concentrates on a blend of pith, dank pine, and sweet fruit.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp finish. Good carbonation.
Very expressive in the nose and with the flavors enjoyed with each sip.

L: Pours a brilliant clear copper orange with a foamy medium white head and thick lacing all around the glass.
S: A truckload of tropical fruit hits the nose, with ripe orange and lemon and some berries and a strong sweetness.
T: Taste is a lot less sweet than the aroma, with lots of lemon and grapefruit rind, and some pine mixes with a medium bitterness.
F: Medium body, smooth carbonation
O: This IPA hits all the boxes I look for in an IPA, very enjoyable beer
