Brewed with jaggery sugar date syrup, along with an expressive English yeast. Notes of coffee, dates, toffee, vanilla, and toasted malt with a warming finish.

12 oz. pour in an unbranded snifter
Pours a clear mahogany with little to no head. Pretty beer.
Nose of warming alcohol and dark dried fruits.
Mouthfeel is solidly medium.
Beer starts off with a restrained sweetness from the malt which slightly wanes and transitions into a warming alcohol and pleasant bitterness in the end and after.
Very more-ish and a definite fireplace beer. Excellent stuff, this.
