Dark Belgian-style ale brewed using Ohio maple syrup, featuring a blend of malty sweetness, caramel, and dark fruit plus an added touch of spice and maple syrup sweetness.

Sample pour at the taproom. Served chilled.
Amber brown colored body. Brief beige head. No lacing.
Aroma of dark toasted malt, dark fruit, and the mention of maple syrup.
Taste is an integrated blend of dark toasted malts, dark fruit, sweet apple, and sweet maple syrup. Aftertaste retains the sweeter touch but tails off quickly.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth, but ends dry. Quiet carbonation.
Quite light and hides any ABV%. Very good use of the maple syrup to bring out the fruit flavors.
