Burnt amber with a fuzzy off-white ridged collar.

Smell is mild overall of corn, wheat and bread.

Semi-sweet toast and rye spice-like notes accent flavors of corn, hay and wheat.

The round full body has a soft froth and a semi-dry finish.

0.5 L draft at Fat Head’s in North Olmstead, OH
Aroma – very piney
Head chopped off by bartender, what remains is three mm white ring
Lacing – none
Body orange, clear
Flavor – malt; no hops, no alcohol, no diacetyl
Palate light/moderate, watery, lively carbonation

Appearance 3.5, Aroma 4, Flavor 4.5, Palate 3, Overall 3.75
Both the lively carbonation and the lack of turbidity remove this from a true keller bier

Pours a hazy deep orange-ish color with an off white head. In the aroma, quite lager like with minerals and rocks. In the taste, well, it's like a dry lager with some fresh rocks at the bottom of the glass. A small hop bite and a lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a dry note of spice and standard lager notes in the aftertaste. Dryer than standard, a bit bigger though.
