Lazy Dayz of Summer
Ontap at the Pittsburgh Fathead's location.
Pours a bright straw yellow, perfectly clear. Very light body. Has a white head that retains well, leaving behind a good amount of lace. Smells of bready malts, buttered biscuit, and a noble hops presence. Bready malts and grassy noble hops in the flavor. Mild spicy hop bite and a touch of bitterness. Just a hint of lemon citrus from the hops. Light bodied and well carbonated, crisp almost lageresque in terms of feel and buttery, bready flavors. Overall, this is an easy drinking summer ale, and a good American showcase of a brew made with noble (Sterling) hops.
