A classic style of an English pale ale, with a gentle nuttiness attained from blending several select malts with a variety of hops, including Kent Goldings and Fuggles. Balanced and smooth with a delicate hop aroma.

On Tap at the brewpub.
Served as a medium amber colored beer with moderate off-white puffy head.
Smell is notable for some bready malt and a touch of grassy hops.
Taste also blends the malt and hops well to form a refeshing beer.
Very middle of the road, not meant to offend or impress.

On tap at Stuart, FL. Clear copper color. No head to detect. Smell was slightly bitter, suspect a decent amount of english hops used. Taste was ok. Some faint biscuit malt presence. Toasted malt way in the background. Buttery taste was either in this one too, or lingered from the last beer. Smooth finish, nice crisp bitterness present. Then a thin watery feel set in after the first two drinks. Light, and airy makes it easy to drink, but I think it needs a little work. It has some potential. Tastes like a watered down Old Thumper.
