The colour is dark brown, the low head is brown.
The smell got distinct notes of smooth chocolate. Some clean alcohol and red berries.
The smooth taste got notes of red berries, fruit candy and some sweetness. No alcohol. Full body. Dry roasted aftertaste with milk chocolate, the finish is dry with some caramel and warming alcohol.
The carbonation is strong; the long-lived bubbles are mid-sized. The liquid is thick and a bit fat.
A grand smooth and fruity ale. Very elegant.

Taste: Red berries, cacao powder, dried fruit, vanilla, brown sugar, molasses, coffee ground and licorice.
Body: Full body with a little to high carbonation. Nice bitternes. Soft and smooth taste.
