A bit light on the look what poured from a bottle. Nice tone but too much see through.
Smells of balsamico, cherry pots, leather, rye and strawberry.
High acidity, slight sweetness, red berries, caramel, spy, balsamico. Well founded but a bit light. Very nice overall but would like a bit more depth to the flavours not being sourness.
